Hwy 404 & Steeles Flea Market opened in July 2023 as a family-run business with deep roots in Ontario’s flea market community.
We are the second location created by the family behind Dr. Flea’s Flea Market, an iconic Ontario flea market that first opened in 1987 and has served generations of shoppers and small businesses. Built on decades of hands-on experience, Hwy 404 & Steeles Flea Market was created to bring that same spirit into a modern, vibrant new space.

Hwy 404 & Steeles Flea Market is operated by siblings Vanessa and Sam Koffman, children of Dr. Flea and second-generation flea market operators.
In recognition of his leadership and community impact, Sam was named Top 40 Under 40 by the City of Markham, while Vanessa has an extensive background in Business and Marketing from The University of Toronto.
